Job description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking and a strong desire to create delicious and visually appealing dishes. As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes, ensuring that they are of high quality and meet our customers' expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including appetizers, entrees, and desserts
- Follow recipes and ensure that all dishes are prepared to our high standards
- Monitor food stock levels, storage and place orders in coordination with General Manager when necessary
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, ensuring that all equipment is in good working order
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure that all orders are prepared and served in a timely manner
- Assist with menu planning and development
Requirements
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Cook, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role
- Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, and procedures
- Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating visually appealing dishes
