The primary purpose concerns the preparation of quality food to be served to our customers.ย The definition of quality food is hot food that is served hot, cold food that is served cold, food made precisely by the recipe, fresh looking, fresh tasting and prepared with only the highest quality ingredients.ย JumBurrito and our suppliers use quality products in every location to insure consistent taste.

Duties:

  1. Verify quality and freshness of all raw and prepared items
  2. Cook bulk items for steam table
  3. Cook breakfast burrito to order
  4. Keep sandwich unit well stocked
  5. Meet speed of service standards when cooking to order
  6. Notify management when supplies are low or of poor quality
  7. Keep work area clean and stocked
  8. Arrive at work on time and in complete uniform

Performance:

  1. Knowledge of all recipes to prepare items to company standards
  2. Knowledge of portion control for cooked to order items
  3. Proper cleaning and sanitizing procedures for equipment in kitchen area
