Summary:

The Medical Assistant I role functions under the clinical supervision of the Physician/Advanced Practice Provider in a primary care practice. This individual assists in the preparation and delivery of patient care as directed by the provider(s) and other licensed clinical personnel. Clinical duties are skillfully and consistently performed per established clinical policy and procedure.

Education & Experience:

  • High school diploma required.

  • Required: Either a graduate of an accredited MA school OR a current MA certification.

  • Previous pediatric and/or Epic experience preferred.

Licensure, Registration, and/or Certification:

  • National certification preferred.

  • Current CPR certification required.

Hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 8:00am to 5:00pm
