Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Maintenance Technician responsible for the day-to-day maintenance, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance of equipment of automated manufacturing equipment which includes conveyors, packaging equipment, paper rewinders, liquid tank systems, pumps, rollers, bearing, motors, etc. This role will also involve movement of machines, installs and proper functioning of installed equipment.

Qualifications

  • Strong troubleshooting abilities for electrical components, circuits, motors, and mechanical systems (hydraulics, pneumatics, power transmission).
  • Skilled in conducting regular inspections to identify potential issues and ensure equipment functionally.
  • Ability to manage work orders using CMMS a plus.
  • Conveyor system experience a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to work shift rotation if necessary for a facility that provides 24/7 coverage.
  • Experience in a manufacturing or similar industry is a plus
  • Technical certification or associate's degree in a related field is a plus
