Job description

Position Summary


We are seeking a motivated and versatile Marketing Generalist to join our growing SaaS team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and has experience executing digital marketing campaigns, managing paid advertising, creating content, and supporting overall brand growth.


The ideal candidate is analytical, creative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where they can contribute across multiple areas of marketing. Experience with paid media is required, and prior SaaS marketing experience is strongly preferred.


Key Responsibilities


Digital Marketing

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
  • Monitor campaign performance and continually optimize for lead quality, conversions, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Manage advertising budgets and provide recommendations for campaign improvements.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing.

Marketing Operations

  • Assist in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Support product launches, promotions, webinars, and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Coordinate marketing projects across sales, product, and leadership teams.
  • Maintain marketing calendars and campaign timelines.

Content & Brand

  • Create and edit marketing content including emails, landing pages, blog posts, sales collateral, and social media content.
  • Ensure all marketing materials remain consistent with brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with designers and developers on marketing assets and website updates.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track campaign performance using platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, HubSpot, or similar CRM/marketing automation tools.
  • Prepare regular reports highlighting KPIs, campaign performance, lead generation metrics, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Analyze customer behavior and marketing data to support strategic decisions.

Website & SEO

  • Assist with website updates and landing page optimization.
  • Support SEO initiatives including on-page optimization, keyword research, and content recommendations.
  • Improve website conversion rates through testing and performance analysis.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing or a marketing generalist role.
  • Hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns.
  • Experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager required.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, or other paid platforms is a plus.
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of Google Analytics (GA4), reporting, and conversion tracking.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills.
  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating across departments.


Preferred Qualifications


  • Experience marketing SaaS products or technology solutions.
  • Knowledge of customer acquisition funnels and lifecycle marketing.
  • Familiarity with attribution reporting and performance marketing.
  • Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Basic HTML/CSS or CMS experience (WordPress, Webflow, etc.) is a plus.
