Position Overview

This is a subcontractor-to-hire position. No experience necessary. 
This role is ideal for:
  • Individuals fresh out of high school or currently attending college who want flexible, part-time work
  • Anyone looking to build a stable, long-term career with control over their advancement, earning potential, and path to leadership roles
Orientation/Training commitment is required: up to 6-hours on Fridays for four consecutive weeks.

Responsibilities

Yacht Cleaning & Detailing

  • Wash and detail yachts and boats (interior and exterior) to company standards
  • Clean stainless, glass, teak, and varnished surfaces
  • Refill water tanks
  • Maintain interiors: vacuuming, cleaning mirrors, bathrooms, and restocking supplies
Brand Promotion & Outreach

  • Promote and represent our yacht cleaning services at marinas, docks, and coastal communities
  • Engage with boat owners, captains, and marina personnel to build relationships and generate leads
  • Distribute brochures, business cards, and promotional materials to generate new business
  • Develop and execute promotional strategies to drive leads
  • Build and maintain client relationships to encourage repeat business
  • Track outreach activities and report weekly results
Qualifications

  • No experience necessary
  • Outgoing, confident, and comfortable speaking with new people
  • Sales or promotions experience is a plus but not required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized, dependable, and results-driven
  • Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule
  • Must have reliable transportation to marinas and waterfront locations
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Compensation & Growth
