Weekly Working Hours: 40


  • Open and Process/distribute all mail
  • Inout Forms Requisitions into the system
  • Purchase business cards, rubber stamps, name plates, janitorial items, MICR branch specific items, office products, envelopes and any other orders
  • Receive stock items into the system and approve invoices
  • Reconcile monthly invoices for payment
  • Complete monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual certifications
  • Participates in semi-annual inventory
