Job description

Job Summary
The Senior Integrated Marketing Manager plays a key leadership role within OSM's growing marketing function, developing and optimizing multichannel strategies that strengthen brand identity, drive patient acquisition, and support service line growth. This leader blends strategic vision with hands-on digital ownership, including SEO/SEM, paid media, email and automation, website UX/content, CRM engagement, and ongoing testing and optimization. The role partners closely with clinical, operational, and executive leadership to ensure alignment with organizational goals while overseeing vendors, budgets, and performance in a fast paced healthcare environment
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Integrated Strategy & Planning
  • Develop and manage integrated campaigns across digital, social, website, email, print, and traditional channels, optimizing using data and insights.
  • Own the annual integrated marketing calendar with service lines and practice leaders.
  • Ensure brand consistency, messaging alignment, and strong value propositions across all touchpoints.

Digital Marketing Ownership
  • Lead website UX, content optimization, and conversion improvements.
  • Oversee SEO/SEM strategy and execution to grow qualified traffic.
  • Manage paid media across social, display, and video with focus on downstream outcomes.
  • Direct social media strategy, content, engagement, and performance.

Analytics & Optimization
  • Build measurement frameworks and dashboards (GA4, ad platforms, CRM) tying performance to patient volume and ROI.
  • Lead A/B and multivariate testing and conversion rate optimization.
  • Identify emerging digital channels and trends to guide innovation.

Content, Creative & Brand Storytelling
  • Oversee content strategy and multi-format creative that supports education and service line growth.
  • Contribute to copywriting and storyboarding for campaigns and patient-focused assets.

Cross Functional Leadership & Governance
  • Drive service line growth by guiding teams, partnering with clinical and operational leaders, and ensuring alignment with industry and OSM standards.

Vendor & Budget Management
  • Oversee vendor relationships and budget stewardship to optimize spend, streamline workflows, and support high-quality execution.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field; Master's preferred.
  • 7+ years of marketing experience with at least 5+ years in an integrated or strategic leadership role.
  • Proven experience managing multi-channel campaigns, content strategy, brand development, and digital initiatives that drive acquisition.
  • Deep knowledge of SEO/SEM, paid media, and website UX; hands-on familiarity with analytics and ad platforms (e.g., GA4, Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn).
  • Experience in healthcare or multi-location service organizations strongly preferred.
  • Experience managing budgets, vendors, and cross-functional teams.

  • Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
