By using tools like A/B testing, funnel analysis, and user feedback, they recommend changes to optimize the user experience and increase conversions. Conversion Analysts collaborate with marketing, design, and development teams to implement and track the effectiveness of these changes.

Job description

About us

LifeMD is a leading provider of virtual primary care, telehealth, and specialized treatment programs serving hundreds of thousands of patients nationwide. Our vertically integrated platform combines 50-state licensed providers, in-house pharmacy and lab integrations, and proprietary technology that enables safe, high-quality, and affordable care.

At the heart of this transformation is our team of developers, engineers, and tech innovators building state-of-the-art systems that make healthcare smarter, faster, and more accessible. From architecting scalable backend systems to crafting intuitive user experiences, we are pushing boundaries every day.

Recognized as one of the fastest-growing healthcare tech companies (#166 on Deloitte Fast 500 in 2023), LifeMD is not just a healthcare company โ€” it's a tech company revolutionizing healthcare.

About The Role

We're hiring a Director of CRO to own the conversion engine that turns visits into patients. LifeMD invests significantly in paid and organic acquisition across weight management, men's health, and women's health, and this role is accountable for making every one of those visits count. You'll own landing page and funnel optimization, and offer testing across our brands, building a rigorous, high-velocity experimentation program with direct, measurable impact on revenue and customer acquisition cost.

Youโ€™ll report to the Senior Director of Growth within our Growth organization, led by our GM & SVP of Growth and partner closely with the CMO

Responsibilities
  • Own conversion rates and funnel performance across all acquisition landing pages, flows, and checkout experiences for LifeMD's brands
  • Build and run a high-velocity experimentation program: prioritized roadmap, hypothesis frameworks, A/B and multivariate testing, and rigorous statistical evaluation
  • Lead offer strategy and testing (pricing presentation, bundles, trials, and promotions) in partnership with the Director of Product & Pricing
  • Partner with Web Creative and engineering to ship landing pages and funnel improvements quickly, balancing speed with quality and compliance
  • Develop deep funnel analytics: identify drop-off points, segment-level conversion behavior, and opportunities across paid search, paid social, TV/CTV, and organic traffic
  • Align testing with paid media teams so creative, targeting, and landing experiences work as one system, improving CAC and ROAS across channels
  • Establish CRO best practices, tooling, and documentation; hire and develop a team as the function scales
  • 8+ years in CRO, growth, or funnel optimization with direct ownership of conversion outcomes at a high-volume DTC or subscription business
  • A track record of measurable wins: you can speak concretely about tests you ran, effect sizes, and revenue impact
  • Expert command of experimentation methodology, including statistical significance, power analysis, sequential testing pitfalls, and experiment design
  • Hands-on proficiency with testing and analytics tools (e.g., Optimizely, VWO, GA4, Amplitude, Heap) and landing page platforms
  • Strong cross-functional muscle; you've worked effectively with paid media, creative, engineering, and analytics teams
  • Comfort operating in a regulated category where compliance shapes what and how you test
Nice to Have
  • Experience in telehealth, healthcare, insurance, or another regulated conversion funnel
  • Familiarity with offer/pricing testing in subscription models
  • SQL skills and experience building funnel dashboards
  • Salary Range: $170,000 - $210,000 + plus annual bonus and equity (DOE)
  • Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision)
  • Retirement Plan (401k, IRA)
  • Life Insurance (Basic, Voluntary & AD&D)
  • Unlimited Paid Time Off
  • Commuter Benefits
  • Paid Holidays
  • Short Term Disability
  • Training & Development
