Minimum qualifications:

  • Active Florida Mortgage Loan Originator License
  • 3+ years of residential mortgage lending experience
  • Florida Resident
  • Proven production history
  • Strong communication skills
  • Realtor relationship mindset
  • High integrity
  • Growth mentality
  • Team player with an entrepreneurial spirit
