Job description

Conversica's conversational AI technology assists representatives in sales, marketing, and client relations to maximize their efforts in everyday communication. Conversica is looking for an Analyst able to produce in-depth reports that suggest strategic and operational changes. The ideal candidate will collect, monitor and study business data to create custom reports that help identify areas that can enhance conversation performance. In addition, we are looking for someone to improve operations by analyzing existing processes and make specific recommendations about data tracking and reporting. The right candidate will have at least two years of experience in data analysis and a proven ability to translate numbers into plain English for business use. Duties and Responsibilities:
Conversation Development
  • Consult with customers and internal teams to identify optimal messaging to leverage, including the strategy and project management of new Conversation development.
  • Clearly document Conversation capabilities, including best practices and recommendations for optimal performance supported by data.
  • Configure and expand Conversations using our internal proprietary Conversation Platform to dynamically generate messages.
  • Generate unique content for our Conversation platform to generate natural, two-way interactions Artificial Intelligence Training
  • Train the artificial intelligence by reviewing responses and providing consistent feedback
  • Review customer feedback on AI behavior and document actions taken
  • Own customer experience of perceived AI actions including evaluating and recommending response handling options by system vs human training

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
  • Experience managing multiple projects to a deadline
  • Exceptional verbal and written communications skills, naturally articulate
  • Computer literacy including MS Office - Word, Excel & PowerPoint
  • Excellent time management and organization skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • 2+ years of experience in an analyst role
  • A proactive attitude and a focus on resolving problems and delivering results
  • Passion for technology and creating a great customer experience
  • High-level math skills and the ability to translate mathematical information into concise reports
