Position Overview
Fusion HCR is seeking a creative UX Designer to support a range of web and mobile initiatives for a premier hospitality organization. This is a floater role spanning multiple concurrent projects, ideal for a hands-on designer who thrives on producing real design work — not just research. The ideal candidate brings experience from larger, design-forward organizations and is comfortable moving fluidly across varied project types.

Key Responsibilities

Design Execution

  • Produce hands-on UX/UI design work across multiple concurrent projects
  • Design and iterate in Figma, delivering polished, production-ready work
  • Balance creative design thinking with practical, ship-ready deliverables

Project Coverage

  • Support redesign of the booking experience
  • Design UX for an HR chatbot initiative
  • Contribute to a greenfield design system build
  • Flex across additional web and mobile design needs as they arise

Collaboration

  • Partner with Product, Development, and cross-functional teams to align design with business and technical goals
  • Adapt quickly across different teams and project contexts as a floating resource

Required Qualifications

  • Strong hands-on UX/UI design experience (not primarily research-focused)
  • Proficiency in Figma
  • Experience working across multiple concurrent projects/teams
