Job description

We are looking for a skilled Sr. SAP BRIM Convergent Charging (CC) Analyst with 8+ years of experience to support dynamic pricing and billing operations in a ride-share / mobility ecosystem. The role focuses on designing and managing real-time, usage-based charging models for trips, driver incentives, commissions, and subscription offerings.
In This Role, You Will...
  • Design and configure real-time charging and rating solutions in SAP Convergent Charging for ride-share use cases, supporting high-volume, event-driven processing (trip, GPS, and usage data).
  • Implement complex pricing models including trip fares (base, time, distance), surge/dynamic pricing, cancellations, waiting charges, and driver commissions/platform fees.
  • Configure discounts, promotions, referral credits, loyalty programs, and subscription models (e.g., ride passes, premium memberships).
  • Integrate SAP CC with ride booking/trip systems, payment gateways/wallets, and SAP BRIM modules (CI, SOM, FI-CA) to enable seamless end-to-end O2C processes.
  • Monitor and optimize pricing performance, ensure accurate event rating (trip start/stop, distance/time, peak multipliers), and troubleshoot billing discrepancies and real-time charging issues.
Qualifications
  • 8+ years of SAP BRIM experience with strong specialization in SAP Convergent Charging, focusing on usage-based and event-driven charging models.
  • Hands-on expertise in real-time rating, pricing configuration, and complex pricing logic (tiered, time-based, geo-based).
  • Strong understanding of mobility/ride-share pricing models, including distance/time billing, surge pricing, and commission structures.
  • Experience working with high-throughput transactional systems, APIs, event streaming, and real-time data integrations.
  • Solid knowledge of financial settlement flows, taxes, fees, and regional pricing/regulatory requirements.
Bonus Qualifications
  • Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA BRIM
  • Familiarity with microservices architecture and cloud platforms (e.g., SAP BTP, AWS)
  • Exposure to geo-based pricing and location-aware charging models
Base Salary Range
 
There are three major components to compensation for this position: salary, Amazon Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), and Zoox Stock Appreciation Rights. A sign-on bonus may be offered as part of the compensation package. The listed range applies only to the base salary. Compensation will vary based on geographic location and level. Leveling, as well as positioning within a level, is determined by a range of factors, including, but not limited to, a candidate's relevant years of experience, domain knowledge, and interview performance. The salary range listed in this posting is representative of the range of levels Zoox is considering for this position.
