Our client is a roadway system, and as a part of their digital transformation, they are implementing a solution based on SAP BRIM & Microsoft Dynamics CE.


Data-Core Systems Inc. is seeking aSAP Convergent Charging (CC) Developer to be a part of our Consulting team. You will participate and effectively contribute to the design, development, and implementation of complex applications, often using new technologies. You will provide technical expertise and systems design for individual initiatives. You will have the opportunity to work with other SME consultants from our existing team.


Roles & Responsibilities:

SAP Convergent Charging Development.

  • Design, develop, configure, and support SAP Convergent Charging (CC) solutions and components.
  • Charging plans.
  • Pricing models.
  • Rating logic.
  • Charging contracts.
  • Provider contracts.
  • Charging rules and parameters.
  • Support complex usage-based and subscription billing scenarios.

Rating & Pricing Configuration.

  • Real-time rating.
  • Batch rating.
  • Usage charging models.
  • Tiered pricing structures.
  • Discounting and promotions.
  • Event charging logic.
  • Develop scalable pricing and charging frameworks aligned with business requirements.

Mediation & Integration Support.

  • SAP Convergent Invoicing (CI).

Performance Optimization.

  • Analyze and optimize high-volume transaction processing and rating performance.
  • Troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and system processing issues.
  • Support scalability planning and charging engine optimization initiatives.
  • Monitor processing throughput and operational performance metrics.

Testing & Quality Assurance.

  • Unit testing.

  • Proven experience supporting enterprise billing and charging platforms.
  • Strong understanding of subscription-based and usage-based billing models.
  • Hands-on experience developing and supporting:
  • SAP Convergent Charging.
  • Rating and charging configurations.
  • Event processing and mediation.
  • Usage-based billing solutions.
  • Charging engine architecture.
  • Pricing and discounting models.
  • High-volume transaction processing.
  • SAP BRIM integrations.
  • Billing and invoicing concepts.
  • Experience with: Java development, APIs and middleware integrations, SAP FICA and CI integrations, SQL and database concepts, Performance tuning and troubleshooting.

Certifications & Education Qualifications:

  • SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP Billing and Revenue Innovation Management.
  • SAP Certified Development Associate - ABAP with SAP NetWeaver.
  • SAP Certified Technology Associate - SAP HANA.
  • SAP S/4HANA technical certifications are preferred.
  • Java development certifications are preferred.
  • Cloud certifications (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud) preferred.
  • Bachelors degree in: Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Related technical discipline.
  • Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.
