• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health history and current challenges, facilitating the development of tailored treatment plans.
• Provide individual therapeutic interventions utilizing personalized approaches grounded in best practices, fostering client engagement and growth.
• Collaborate with clients to establish measurable therapeutic goals and closely monitor their progress throughout the treatment process.
• Offer teletherapy sessions for clients who prefer virtual appointments or those unable to participate in traditional in-person sessions.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation to ensure compliance with ethical and legal standards and support ongoing treatment planning.
• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, seminars, and training opportunities to enhance clinical skills and stay updated on the latest therapeutic methodologies.

As an LMFT with Compassionate Harmony Convergence Mental Therapy, you will work with a diverse client population facing various challenges, including trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and family dynamics. Our comprehensive approach allows therapists to craft holistic treatment plans that address the multifaceted nature of mental health issues, enabling clients to achieve a sense of recovery and stability.

• Possession of an active and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to establish secure and trusting therapeutic relationships with clients through exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Empathetic and non-judgmental attitude towards clients' experiences and struggles, promoting a safe therapeutic environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively manage caseloads and administrative tasks.

Experience working with clients in a community health setting or private practice environment is preferred. Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities and tools, like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), will be advantageous. Previous experience in telehealth therapy is also a plus, given the remote nature of this role.

• Annual salary in the range of $70,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
