Role Summary

Lead operational design and strategic planning across digital asset initiatives. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the operational design for digital asset initiatives in regulated broker-dealer and bank environments, including custody, trading, settlement, payments, clearing, tokenized assets, and related infrastructure.
  • Translate strategic objectives into detailed business requirements, operational workflows, and technical specifications for regulated environments.
  • Sequence capability roadmaps and dependencies across multiple initiatives while improving operational efficiency, scalability, and risk management.
  • Drive alignment across product, technology, operations, legal, compliance, risk, and finance partners.
  • Communicate effectively with senior leadership, influence decisions, build consensus, and foster engagement.
  • Provide thought leadership on the convergence of traditional finance and decentralized finance, including related risks, opportunities, and operational considerations.
  • Source-Supported Qualification Themes
  • 7+ years of experience as a business analyst, strategy, or operations professional in financial services or fintech, including 3+ years in digital assets or blockchain domains.
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional strategy formation and execution planning in operational functions.
  • Strong analytical and documentation skills, including business requirements, process flows, and technical system interactions.
  • Working knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as SEC and CFTC expectations.
  • Familiarity with wallet architectures, key management, allowlisting, and chain analytics usage.
  • Exposure to custody platforms, institutional wallet providers, compliance tooling, or chain indexing solutions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience presenting to senior leadership.
  • Bachelor s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • Preferred experience includes knowledge of Bitcoin, Ethereum and Layer-2 ecosystems, token standards, stablecoin mechanics, tokenized deposit flows, and an ability to synthesize complex topics into executive-ready insights
