Waterpark Lifeguard
Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Waterpark Lifeguard. In this role, you will be standing guard and saving lives as you enforce waterpark rules to maintain a safe and fun environment. As part of our leadership team, you'll embody our Promise to Lead with Love guiding, supporting, and inspiring associates while delivering extraordinary guest experiences. Your professionalism and helpful attitude will set the tone for a positive overall impression of the Kalahari.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure that all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly, and courteous service at all times.
  • Participate as a team and use core values and service expectations listed in the Kalahari Promise daily.
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures of water park rides and park cleanliness.
  • Communicate with guests about attraction requirements and safety concerns.
  • Conduct water rescues and administering first aid or CPR as necessary.
  • Stay alert and regularly inspect pools and slides for any hazards or safety risks.

What We're Looking For
  • Must be at least 15 years of age
  • Not a certified Lifeguard? Not a problem! Candidates complete a 3-day certification course.
  • A leadership style rooted in collaboration, respect, and service to others.
