About the Position
Brew Oil LLC is seeking an experienced and motivated Store Manager to lead our convenience store operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic leader who enjoys working with people, driving business results and creating a positive team culture. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills, customer service excellence and a commitment to operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Management
  • Demonstrate leadership in embedding a customer-first culture throughout the store
  • Manage store employees effectively and professionally, fostering a respectful work environment
  • Develop and maintain a fully staffed store with well-trained team members
  • Effectively train all new hires and provide ongoing development opportunities
  • Observe and evaluate employee job performance against critical goals
  • Delegate tasks effectively and recognize team achievements in a timely manner
Operations & Business Management
  • Oversee overall management of store business operations
  • Build and post team schedules that accurately accommodate store operational needs while maintaining high-level customer service and justified payroll levels
  • Manage store inventory and coordinate delivery functions with various vendors
  • Monitor and analyze business processes and results to profitably achieve store goals
  • Maintain profitability of the store through cost-effective management practices
  • Manage invoices and paperwork with timely submission
  • Perform price checks on a monthly basis
  • Complete all shift and daily paperwork properly
Customer Service & Store Environment
  • Troubleshoot immediate problems with sales associates, assistant managers and customers
  • Maintain a clean, friendly and welcoming environment for employees and customers
  • Connect with the community to establish positive relationships and drive store success
  • Protect company assets and reputation through adherence to policies and procedures
Compliance & Documentation
  • Comply with company programs, policies and procedures as well as regulatory requirements
  • Report all concerns and incidents with formal documentation to the store supervisor
  • Maintain appropriate working relationships with other associates and supervisors
  • Assume responsibility for special programs or assignments as needed

Qualifications
Required Experience
  • Previous management or supervisory experience required
  • Experience in retail or convenience store operations is helpful
Essential Skills
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
  • Proficient in cash handling procedures and daily
  • Basic computer skills; specific experience with POS systems helpful

Work Schedule
This is a full-time salaried position. The standard work week is Monday through Friday, opening shift. Managers must be available and responsive to their team's needs.
  • Minimum of 45 hours per week
  • Availability for additional hours as needed to address emergencies or operational needs
  • Ability to cover shifts as directed by the store supervisor
  • Must be reachable when needed by team members
