Job description

Chip's To Go Convenience Store is looking for open-minded and enthusiastic team members to join us. We are looking for the right candidate to fill the position of Shift Manager. Under the direction of the Store Manager, the Shift Manager supervises store personnel in all store activities, while providing exceptional customer experience and maintaining store standards and policies.
Responsibilities:
Participates in the day-to-day activities of the store including store cleaning and cashiering.
Provides efficient, friendly and fast service to customers.
Prepares light paperwork.
Assists in inventory control through stocking and counting.
Responsible for accurately receiving fuel and products from suppliers.
Ability to address customer concerns in a courteous and respectful manner.
Directs and apportions the store activities to the team.
Adheres to safety regulations and food safety standards.
Requirements:
Be 18 years of age or older
Ability to lift up to 50lbs
HS Diploma or GED equivalent
Minimum of 2 years experience in a leadership role
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Basic computer skills
Exceptional customer service skills
Ability to kneel, bend, stoop, reach, grab, climb and grasp for long periods of time with little to no breaks
Ability to complete basic mathematical calculations
