About the General Store Manager position:

As a Convenience Store General Manager you would assume complete, responsibility of the entire operation of the facility. The store manager is responsible for scheduling, ordering, hiring, training, maintaining the store, modeling good customer service, controlling loss prevention, labor hours, and overtime.
