Job description

As a Sr Field Service Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will lead and coordinate our Field Service team to ensure timely and effective service delivery to our customers. You will play a key role in managing daily operations, supporting technicians, and driving customer satisfaction through excellent service management.

You will report directly to our Sr Field Service Manager and you'll work out of our Ottawa, Ontario location.

In this role, you will impact the efficiency and quality of our field service operations, directly influencing customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Post-Secondary education in engineering, business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Mechanical, Building Automation, HVAC, Security or Fire industry.
  • 2+ years of experience leading field service, maintenance, or technical service teams including knowledge of service operations, scheduling, and workforce management.
  • Able to obtain Secret Level Clearance with the Government of Canada
  • Must be able to travel up to 25% of the time in the National Capital Region.
  • Valid G Driver's license required
