Job description

We are looking for a Senior Controls Engineer to design, program, and support automation systems for high-volume manufacturing equipment. This is a hands-on technical role with responsibility for leading the controls scope of projects—from design through installation and startup.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead controls engineering for automation and capital projects
  • Design and program PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems (Rockwell preferred)
  • Support equipment installation, commissioning, and startup
  • Troubleshoot and optimize machine performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (mechanical, electrical, IT, operations)
  • Guide and review work from vendors, system integrators, and machine builders


Required Skills

  • 7+ years in controls/automation engineering
  • Strong experience with PLC programming (Rockwell)
  • Knowledge of HMI/SCADA systems (FactoryTalk, Ignition, etc.)
