Job description

Summary:

Design and implement Building/Facility Management Systems (BMS/FMS) for data centers and facility infrastructure, supporting system integration, testing, and commissioning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design BMS/FMS control systems (HVAC, UPS, generators, lighting, security)
  • Develop control drawings, I/O lists, sequences, and BOMs
  • Work with PLCs, relays, and protocols (Modbus, TCP/IP, SNMP)
  • Coordinate with electrical, mechanical, and architectural teams
  • Support system integration, FAT/SAT, and commissioning
  • Collaborate with vendors and provide technical support

Qualifications:

  • Bachelorโ€™s in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • 4+ years of Controls/BMS experience
  • Knowledge of data center infrastructure controls
  • AutoCAD/Revit proficiency
  • Experience with PLCs and communication protocols
