  • Ability to read electrical diagrams, wiring schematics, and technical service documentation.
  • Valid driver’s license with a driving record that meets company requirements.
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 80% within the assigned service territory.
  • Ability to work independently and manage field assignments responsibly.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

  • Direct experience servicing supermarket refrigeration equipment.
  • Parallel-rack refrigeration troubleshooting and repair experience.
  • Experience with compressors, condensers, evaporators, refrigerant systems, sensors, and electronic controls.
  • Formal HVAC/R trade school, apprenticeship, or technical training.
  • Experience responding to high-pressure, temperature, and system-control alarms.
  • Experience identifying refrigerant leaks and completing preventive maintenance.
  • Experience training or mentoring junior technicians.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Weekly pay cycle with high earning potential through hourly performance-based bonuses and overtime opportunities.
  • Comprehensive 401(k) retirement savings program with generous employer matching.
  • Full health benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage options.
  • Life and disability insurance options to ensure long-term coverage and peace of mind.
  • Robust career development featuring paid training, apprenticeships, mentor programs, and manufacturer certifications.
