Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate meeting schedules and diligently follow up on action items.
  • Provide on-site interpretation support for engineering teams during technical communications.
  • Translate technical and customer-facing reports between Chinese and English.
  • Take accurate meeting minutes for customer and internal meetings.
  • Assist supervisors in preparing and delivering customer training sessions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) major.
  • Fluent oral and written proficiency in both Mandarin Chinese and English is required to perform core translation and interpretation duties.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Physical Requirements:

  • Standard office environment. Must be able to remain in a stationary position for extended periods and occasionally move about the office to access files and machinery.
