Controller


ZL Technologies is seeking a Controller to oversee accounting and financial reporting activities.

Please note this is an onsite position in Milpitas, CA.


Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day accounting functions and accounting staff.
  • Analyze and prepare financial statements and reports.
  • Monitor financial performance and create budgets and forecasts.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and other financial regulations.
  • Implement controls to safeguard company financial health.
  • Ensure financial information is accurate, reliable, and used to support informed decision-making.


Requirements

  • Experience in a financial control role with responsibility for monthly or quarterly reporting.
  • Knowledge of the relevant accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and tax regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and management skills.
  • The ability to understand business context and contribute to strategic planning.
  • Able and willing to work from our HQ in Milpitas CA.
  • FP&A experience would be a substantial plus.
