We're looking for a Corporate Controller to join our team and lead our accounting function across multiple business lines. This is a highly visible leadership role where you'll partner across the organization, bring structure and clarity to complex operations, and help guide us through an exciting period of growth and systems transformation.
You'll bring a strong mix of technical expertise and people leadership, along with a collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset. We're looking for someone who is both strategic and hands-on. Someone who can lead a team, dive into the details, and help us continuously improve how we work.
Responsibilities
  • Lead all core accounting and financial reporting functions, including month-end close, general ledger, AR/AP, payroll, and tax filings
  • Supervise internal and external financial reporting processes
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of assistant divisional controllers, driving consistency and shared standards across business lines
  • Partner with cross-functional leaders to support business initiatives and ensure alignment across finance and operations
  • Support budgeting and forecasting processes across the organization
  • Coordinate annual audits and work closely with external auditors
  • Strengthen and maintain internal controls, systems, and processes
  • Manage cash flow and ensure strong financial stewardship
  • Play a key role in our ERP transition, representing accounting in design decisions and helping drive a smooth implementation
  • Jump in where needed, this is a role for someone who likes to roll up their sleeves and help solve problems

Requirements
  • 7-10 years of progressive accounting and financial reporting experience, including leadership roles
  • Proven experience leading, developing, and coaching accounting teams
  • Experience in multi-entity or multi-business environments; food manufacturing, CPG, or restaurant experience strongly preferred
  • Experience with ERP systems; ERP implementation or transformation experience a strong plus
  • Strong business acumen with a curiosity to understand operations beyond accounting
  • Comfortable navigating change, ambiguity, and organizational growth
  • Collaborative and solutions-oriented, with the ability to build strong cross-functional relationships
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting required; CPA or public accounting experience strongly preferred

Compensation & Benefits
The starting salary range for this position is between $180,000 to $210,000 per year, plus an annual bonus plan. Actual compensation will be determined by skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
