Title: Strategic Search Consultant

Reports to: Market Director

Work Status: Exempt

Work Schedule: M-F/8 AM โ€“ 5 PM

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruits, presents, and fills senior-level direct hire positions for clients, while striving to exceed the needs and expectations of the client.
  • Identifies candidates to present based on the client criteria; schedules interviews and negotiates salary offers with
  • Identifies new business opportunities and cross selling
  • Conducts his/her work with integrity and
  • Develops and maintains a network of contacts to provide candidates and leads for available direct hire job
  • Attends and actively participates in job fairs to recruit applicants for open positions through advertising, and
  • Develops and maintains professional relationships with college, university, and community college placement offices as a source to generate qualified
  • Demonstrate and understand how to build a candidate profile that can drive an efficient sourcing program and able to determine the best sourcing method for different candidates.
  • Successfully develops effective ads, job postings, and sourcing plans that maximizes sourcing dollars and reduce time to hire.
  • Identifies and gathers relevant information from a resume for specific job categories while assessing candidatesโ€™ true goals and motivations to determine which candidates are most likely to be successful for specific job categories.
  • Provide initial screening of job applicants and evaluates work history, education and training, job skills, compensation needs, and other qualifications of applicants.
  • Directs the efforts of employment negotiating and controlling employment related fees while identifying objections or problems in closing.
  • Negotiates effectively to gain commitment from the candidate and ensure job placement
