Salary: $145,000.00 - $160,000.00

Highly regarded organization back by a large entity, is currently seeking a Controller to join their group

  • Company: highly regarded in the area as one of the top places to work for.
  • Culture: fun and friendly work environment focused on employee development and fun activities year-round. Positive culture instilled from executive management into all levels of the business.
  • Growth: Ability to learn and grow into their business structure.
  • The Group: Relatively established accounting group with the least tenured individual at 2 years (most have been there for quite some time!).Self sufficient with minimal guidance needed.
  • Company: Celebrating a milestone year this year with a huge celebration!
  • Group performance: they had their best bonus pay out this past year!

The Controller role at a glace:

  • Reporting directly to executive leadership, this Controller role will have oversight to all accounting operations including month end close.
  • Responsible for producing and presenting monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
  • Develop KPIs and enhance internal controls (ensure compliance with SOX).
  • Additional duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications of the Controller:

  • BS Accounting/Finance. CPA is a plus
  • Manufacturing industry experience is required with 5+years solid leadership and oversight of an accounting team.
