Job description

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and driven Controller to join our growing Dunkin franchise organization with the oversight of 55 locations. This role is responsible for overseeing financial controls, monitoring store performance, identifying operational risks, and ensuring accountability across 55 locations. The ideal candidate is analytical, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced multi-unit environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyze store financials, P&Ls, labor, and operational reporting

  • Investigate and monitor cash shortages, overages, deposits, and variances

  • Audit cash handling procedures and ensure compliance with company policies

  • Identify trends, inconsistencies, and opportunities for operational improvement

  • Partner with district leaders and store management to improve financial performance

  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

  • Ensure accurate recordkeeping and adherence to internal controls

  • Support payroll, inventory, and loss prevention processes

  • Prepare reports and communicate findings to ownership and leadership teams

  • Help develop systems and procedures to strengthen accountability across all locations

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in accounting, finance, auditing, or multi-unit operations required

  • Strong understanding of financial reporting and internal controls
