Job Description:

TheControllerwillreport directly to the Chief Financial Officer.Working closely withthe Chief Financial Officer,they will provideleadership and direction in the areas of accounting, corporate reporting,inventory management,risk compliance,financeand treasury.This is a hands-on position which requires both leadership skillsas well asstrong technical accounting skills. The Controller will manage all finance and accounting activities to provide information, both financial and non-financial, to key stakeholders both in and outsideofthe organization.

Detailed responsibilities include:
  • Perform all activities needed to complete aGAAP complianttimelyclose.
  • Complete allrequired financial reporting.
  • Lead and develop the existing accounting/payrollteam.
  • Ensuring theaccurateandtimelyprocessing of accounts payables, expense reports, accounts receivables, cash control, payrollprocessingand applicable tax compliance.
  • Oversee the procurement and management of inventoryat multiple warehouses.
  • Assistin developing cash flow models and all related treasury functions.
  • Work withtheCFO and relevant teams to complete annual budgets.
  • Help increatingand reporting of companywide KPI’s.
  • Participatein special projects.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, policies, workproceduresand instructions.
