Job Title: Quality Control/Testing: I
Work Location:Lombard, IL 60148
Pay: DOE
Shift Timing: 2nd shift: 2pm to 10pm

Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Associate Quality Control (QC) Analyst. This role will support the quality of our products. This position must prioritize lots to ensure schedule and goals are met. Responsible for ensuring performance testing meets data specifications. Perform all duties using safety conscious practices. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about quality and continuous improvement within a manufacturing industry.
Test product lots as scheduled in an efficient manner per procedures and specifications.
Performs environmental monitoring, subculturing and identification of organisms.
Initiate Quality Event reports (QEs) for Finished Good testing and Environmental Monitoring Program.
Initiate QC OOS Investigations.
Supports continuous improvement processes in QC and replenishment of QC supplies using lean standards (5S).
Support QC and special projects that may arise in other departments as requested by management.
Promote a safe workplace by identifying potential hazards, wear appropriate PPE, and review safety procedures regularly and how to integrate them into daily activities.
Please make sure candidates will not need sponsorship if hired into the role.
We would need some flexibility in the shift hours once this person is trained we would most likely shift their hours to a 2nd shift position (2-10pm).
All interviews will be in person onsite.
