Drive the Future of Aerospace Systems Engineering
As a Senior/Principal Systems Engineer, you'll play a key role in defining, developing, and deploying innovative engineering solutions that enhance how complex aerospace systems are designed, developed, verified, and certified.
In this role, you'll collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to improve requirements management, system architecture, verification, validation, and engineering processes while helping drive the adoption of modern development practices, automation, tool integration, and CI/CD capabilities.

What You'll Do
As part of a collaborative engineering team, you will:
  • Lead systems engineering activities across the product development lifecycle
  • Support requirements development, design, integration, verification, validation, and technical documentation efforts
  • Develop and implement engineering solutions that improve systems engineering processes and workflows
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to modernize engineering practices through automation and DevSecOps principles
  • Create and maintain automation solutions using scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell
  • Support and improve requirements management processes using tools such as Jama, Polarion, or DOORS
  • Contribute to CI/CD pipeline initiatives and engineering toolchain integration efforts
  • Apply ARP4754 processes throughout the system development lifecycle
  • Participate in configuration-controlled development environments, including managing changes, problem reports, and technical updates
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders, external suppliers, and global engineering teams
  • Identify and solve complex technical challenges while driving continuous improvement initiatives
  • Support project execution and management of technical work packages
Required Qualifications
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Aerospace Engineering, or a related technical discipline
  • Experience across multiple phases of the systems engineering lifecycle, including:
    • Requirements development
    • System design
    • Integration
    • Verification
    • Validation
    • Technical documentation
  • Experience supporting aerospace development programs, preferably including civil certification environments
  • Experience or familiarity with DevSecOps practices
  • Experience with requirements management tools such as:
    • Jama
    • Polarion
    • DOORS
  • Experience developing automation solutions using:
    • Python
    • Bash
    • PowerShell
  • Experience with Git or other version control systems
  • Experience working within regulated engineering environments
  • Hands-on experience applying ARP4754 processes
  • Experience working in configuration-controlled environments
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
  • Ability to collaborate with teams across multiple time zones, including Eastern Time and India Standard Time
