Job Title: Control System Engineer
Location: Warminster, PA

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and commission PLC (Allen Bradley โ€“ CompactLogix) and SCADA/HMI systems (GE iFIX)
  • Design and modify control system documentation (P&IDs, schematics, I/O lists, specs)
  • Work with Studio5000, FactoryTalk, Siemens TIA Portal
  • Support hardware selection, system integration, and database configuration
  • Ensure timely project delivery within budget and requirements
  • Prepare GAMP documentation (FS, HDS, SDS)
  • Troubleshoot systems and support technical/service teams
  • Provide project updates and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Requirements:

  • Bachelorโ€™s in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • 8โ€“10 years in automation/control systems (pharma preferred)
  • Strong PLC, SCADA, and industrial communication knowledge
  • Experience with validation, FDA environment, and change control (preferred)
  • Good troubleshooting, communication, and project management skills
  • Willingness to travel
