Control Room Specialist - 4-Day Work Week!
Location: Red Diamond | Moody, AL
Shift: Monday-Thursday, 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Overtime: Occasional Fridays as needed

We're looking for dependable, detail-oriented individuals who take pride in producing high-quality products. What You'll Do:
As a Control Room Specialist, you'll play a key role in our production process by:
  • Roasting coffee and monitoring the roasting process to ensure quality and consistency
  • Blending tea and coffee to meet product specifications
  • Adjusting grinder settings and verifying product quality through sampling
  • Coordinating product flow from roasting and grinding to packaging and storage
  • Creating and managing loading/unloading orders for packaging equipment
  • Monitoring storage silos, including setting degassing timers
  • Inspecting incoming raw goods and entering system requests
  • Performing color testing using an Agtron Color Analyzer and adjusting roast profiles as needed
  • Maintaining accurate production logs and records
  • Assisting with unloading delivery trucks and tracking inventory levels
  • Supporting packaging operations and communicating with machine operators
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the roasting area
  • Performing preventative maintenance on blending equipment

What We're Looking For:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of 3 years of production or manufacturing experience
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet production deadlines
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
  • Warehouse operation skills
  • Knowledge of coffee blending process
  • Good mechanical skills
