  • Toyota Master Certification strongly preferred
  • ASE Master Certification preferred
  • Advanced diagnostic expertise
  • Proven ability to mentor, coach, and influence other technicians
  • Strong communication and leadership skills

Compensation & Opportunity

  • Competitive annual compensation of approximately $90,000–$130,000+, based on experience, certifications, and leadership impact
  • Compensation structure may include salary or salary + performance incentives
  • Stable, full-time leadership role
  • Paid training and continued education
  • Opportunity to directly impact shop performance, technician growth, and culture

(Compensation will be aligned with experience and the scope of leadership responsibility.)

Why Join Us

  • Family-owned dealership with hands-on leadership
  • Brand-new, modern service facility
  • High-volume Toyota service department
  • Strong commitment to technician training and advancement
  • Opportunity to shape shop culture, performance, and long-term success
