Job Overview
Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze, design, develop, document, and deliver solutioning for mainframe applications using COBOL, JCL, DB2, and CICS.
  • Perform requirement analysis, design reviews, and code enhancements.
  • Conduct impact assessments and translate technical findings into business rules and process flow diagrams.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.
  • Participate in mainframe migration exercises.
  • Provide technical documentation and audit support.
  • Mentor team members and drive process improvements using modern tools and emerging technologies.
Required Skills
  • Core: COBOL, JCL, DB2, CICS, IMS DB, SQL
  • Tools: Endevor, Topaz, Control-M or equivalent job scheduler
