What Youll Be Doing

  • Managing daily operations of critical infrastructure: UPS, generators, chillers, CRAC/CRAH units, and more
  • Monitoring BMS/EPMS systems to catch issues before they become problems
  • Working closely with vendors, partners, and internal teams to keep everything aligned
  • Leading preventative maintenance efforts and driving energy efficiency improvements
  • Ensuring procedures (MOPs, SOPs, EOPs) are followed to the letter
  • Responding to incidents, leading root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions
  • Supporting budget planning and vendor contract management
  • Helping drive infrastructure lifecycle planning and upgrades
  • Supporting compliance audits and regulatory requirements
  • Being available after-hours for emergencies (because youre the kind of person who gets things done)

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience with mechanical/electrical systems in mission-critical environments
  • Solid background with chiller systems (closed loop and DX units)
  • Experience in liquid cooling technology is a plus
  • Mechanical/electrical license is a plus
  • Strong organizational skillsyou can juggle priorities like a pro
  • Hands-on knowledge of BMS, CMMS, EPMS, Microsoft Office, and data center best practices
  • Comfortable lifting and racking up to 50 lbs and working in tight spaces when needed
  • Knowledge of building codes and standards (RBQ, CCQ, ASHRAE, Uptime Institute, etc.) is a bonus

Working Conditions


This role requires availability on-call 24/7 for critical incident response. You should be comfortable working under pressure, managing multiple priorities, and meeting tight deadlines. The position also involves physical activity, including lifting and installing equipment (up to 50 lbs), working in confined spaces, and operating in elevated locationsall while following strict safety guidelines.

Vos atouts

  • Plus de 5 ans d'exprience dans les systmes mcaniques/lectriques au sein d'environnements critiques
  • Solide exprience des systmes de refroidissement (units circuit ferm et vaporation directe)
  • Exprience dans le domaine du refroidissement par liquide est un atout
  • Une licence en mcanique/lectricit est un atout
  • Solides comptences organisationnelles : vous savez grer les priorits comme un pro
  • Connaissances pratiques des systmes BMS, CMMS, EPMS, de Microsoft Office et des meilleures pratiques en matire de centres de donnes
  • A l'aise pour soulever et ranger des charges allant jusqu' 22 kg et pour travailler dans des espaces restreints si ncessaire
