Job description

Atlas Pressure Control is a leading provider of oilfield pressure-control equipment and services, specializing in wellhead and pressure-control solutions for drilling and production operations. As an Executive Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving profitable revenue growth and managing strategic customer relationships within the oil & energy sector.
In this role, you will be responsible for owning account performance metrics, including revenue targets, EBITDA, forecasting accuracy, and customer satisfaction. You will develop and execute account strategies to foster growth and retention, ensuring seamless communication and coordination between customers and internal operations.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Drive profitable revenue growth and manage strategic customer relationships
  • Own account performance metrics, including revenue targets, EBITDA, forecasting accuracy, and customer satisfaction
  • Develop and execute account strategies for growth and retention
  • Provide accurate sales forecasting and manage pipeline activity in CRM systems
  • Communicate demand planning and customer schedules, coordinating job scheduling with internal operations
  • Serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts, conducting regular customer meetings and performance reviews
  • Monitor account performance, resolve issues proactively, and support new account onboarding and expansion
  • Participate in industry and client events, as well as Atlas-hosted events
  • Manage unsigned tickets within DSO goals and communicate expenses exceeding $500 per company guidelines

This position requires occasional travel to customer and field locations including DFW, the Permian Basin, Denver, Houston, and Austin. The work environment includes office, field, and customer sites, with possible exposure to shop and operational areas.
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
  • Experience with sales processes including forecasting and demand planning
  • Established relationships in the wellhead or pressure-control industry
  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Willingness to travel as needed to customer and field locations
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience selling oilfield pressure-control or wellhead equipment/services
  • Experience owning and growing strategic accounts with measurable revenue targets
  • Working knowledge of wellhead products and field operations
  • Experience selling to and managing relationships with oil & gas operator stakeholders
  • Ability to start within 1 month of offer acceptance
