Job description

Objetivo:
Garantizar el cumplimiento de las polticas, normativas y programas de Seguridad Industrial, Salud Ocupacional y Medio Ambiente, promoviendo una cultura preventiva y asegurando condiciones de trabajo seguras dentro de la organizacin.
Funciones:
Coordinar y dar seguimiento a programas de Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional.
Supervisar el suministro y uso adecuado de Equipos de Proteccin Personal (EPP).
Implementar campaas de seguridad y cultura de autocuidado en las operaciones.
Coordinar simulacros, planes de emergencia, sealizacin y acciones preventivas.
Investigar incidentes y accidentes laborales, asegurando seguimiento a los planes de accin.
Validar el cumplimiento de normas de seguridad por parte de proveedores y contratistas.
Dar seguimiento a controles ambientales y cumplimiento de normativas aplicables.Requisitos:
Profesional en Ingeniera Industrial, Ingeniera Ambiental, Seguridad e Higiene o reas afines.
Mnimo 2 aos de experiencia en Seguridad Industrial, Salud Ocupacional o Medio Ambiente.
Conocimiento de normativas de seguridad laboral y gestin ambiental.
Manejo de investigaciones de incidentes, anlisis de riesgos y control de EPP.
Deseable conocimiento en BPM, HACCP, ISO 45001 e ISO 22000.
Habilidades de liderazgo, organizacin, comunicacin y seguimiento operativo.
