Job Summary and Responsibilities

Qualified external applicants with at least six months of direct RN experience are eligible for a $20,000 sign-on bonus!*

• The schedule for this position is three 12-hour shifts per week (7pm-7am)
• Our Night Shift RN positions qualify for a $5.75/hr differential from 11pm to 7am

4th Floor Medical Surgical: 

The 4th Floor Medical Surgical unit at St. Anthony Hospital, an achieved Magnet® hospital, is a medical/surgical telemetry unit of 36 beds and is primarily a telemetry unit with medical/surgical overflow. Our typical patient population includes heart failure, pre and post-cardiac catheterization, abnormal arrhythmias, vascular surgery, TAVRs, ablations, and other cardiac patients. Our mission is to provide the highest level of quality, patient-centered, and safe care to all patients who come through our doors while also creating an atmosphere that is fun, exciting, and engaging to work in. Weekend Option Commitment & Differential

• RN Weekend Option position requires six month commitment to working weekend schedule. $10/hr weekend option differential applies for Saturday and Sunday shifts.

Education Requirements

• Associates Degree in Nursing required; Nursing Diploma or by endorsement
• Bachelors Degree in Nursing preferred
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required for new graduates, preferred for experienced RNs

Experience Requirements

• One year experience, required
• Nursing skills and knowledge base specific to specialty

Licenses/Certification Requirements

• RN License required; Current state nursing licenses or valid RN license from a participating state in the National Licensure Compact

Physical Requirements 

• Medium Work - (Exert up to 50lbs force occasionally, and/or up to 20lbs frequently, and/or up to 10lbs constantly)

Located in Lakewood, Colorado, St. Anthony Hospital is a Level I Trauma Center where we provide a full range of medical specialties and health care services to Denver and the surrounding region through our state-of-the-art medical campus and home base for Flight For Life® Colorado.
