JOB SUMMARY:
The Lead Slot Technician is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of all slot machines and associated gaming equipment. This position provides technical leadership and guidance to slot technicians while ensuring compliance with all applicable gaming regulations, internal controls, and operational standards. The Lead Slot Technician plays a critical role in maintaining optimal equipment performance and minimizing operational downtime within the casino environment.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide leadership, training, and supervision to slot technicians to ensure consistent adherence to technical, operational, and service standards
  • Perform advanced diagnostics, maintenance, and repair of slot machines, peripherals, and gaming systems
  • Coordinate, assign, and prioritize daily work activities
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, manufacturer specifications, and internal control procedures
  • Monitor slot machine performance and respond promptly to equipment malfunctions or outages
  • Maintain accurate and complete documentation, including maintenance logs, repair records, and inventory tracking
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for complex technical or operational issues
  • Provide after-hours or on-call technical support as required by operational needs
  • Enforce safety standards and promote a safe and compliant work environment
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Slot Technician; prior lead or supervisory experience preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certification in electronics or a related field preferred
  • Comprehensive knowledge of slot machine hardware, software, and casino management systems
  • Experience with multiple slot machine manufacturers and gaming platforms
  • Prior experience in a high-volume or resort-style casino environment
  • Demonstrated understanding of gaming regulations and compliance standards
  • Computer literate with knowledge of and experience with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word amp; Outlook)
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, this includes day, swing, late-night, weekend, and holiday shifts as scheduled.
  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a New Hampshire gaming license.
  • Must pass all required pre employment background checks amp; screenings.

  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 75 pounds with or without assistance, up to 300 pounds using material handling equipment such as a hydraulic lift or hand truck and respond to visual and aural cues.
  • Requires the ability to distinguish letters or symbols and eye hand coordination.
