What You'll Do
  • Oversee daily clinical operations of the Beltsville office
  • Review OASIS assessments, plans of care, and clinical documentation
  • Supervise and support nurses, therapists, social workers, and home health aides
  • Ensure compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, state regulations, and accreditation standards
  • Monitor quality measures and performance improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate with physicians, referral sources, and interdisciplinary team members
  • Provide mentorship, coaching, and clinical guidance to staff
  • Assist with case conferences, audits, and clinical oversight activities
What We're Looking For
  • Active Maryland Registered Nurse License Required
  • Home Health Experience Required
  • Previous Clinical Management, Supervisory, or Leadership Experience Preferred
  • Strong Knowledge of OASIS, Medicare Regulations, and Conditions of Participation
  • Excellent Leadership, Communication, and Organizational Skills
  • Experience with WellSky/Kinnser or Similar Home Health EMR Preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment
