This role offers the opportunity to design polished digital experiences for mobile and web products serving clients across international markets.
You'll combine strong UX thinking with visual creativity to create intuitive, engaging, and modern interfaces.
Working primarily in Figma, you'll contribute across the product design process, from early concepts and workshops through final UI execution.
You'll collaborate directly with clients and closely with developers to ensure designs translate effectively into high-quality products.
The role provides exposure to diverse projects, industries, and design challenges across global markets.
You'll work in a collaborative environment that values creativity, user-centered thinking, and continuous learning.
This is a strong opportunity for a designer who wants meaningful ownership and the chance to grow alongside an international product team.

Accountabilities
  • Design polished, intuitive, and visually engaging mobile and web applications using Figma.
  • Contribute to international digital product projects for clients across markets including Germany, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, and the United States.
  • Participate in product design workshops with clients, helping translate business objectives and user needs into effective design solutions.
  • Apply strong UX principles and current industry practices throughout the product design process.
  • Work closely with developers during implementation to clarify design decisions, resolve UI/UX questions, and help ensure the final product matches the intended experience.
  • Contribute across different stages of product design, including user flows, wireframing, prototyping, interface design, and design refinement.
  • Incorporate feedback from clients, stakeholders, and development teams while maintaining a consistent and high-quality user experience.
  • Stay informed about emerging UI/UX practices, design standards, and evolving digital product trends.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of professional experience designing high-quality mobile and web applications.
  • Strong proficiency in Figma and confidence using it as a primary product design tool.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating your UI/UX capabilities and experience creating polished digital products.
  • Solid understanding of modern UI/UX practices, design principles, and industry standards.
  • Excellent UX skills with a strong understanding of usability, user flows, information hierarchy, and interaction design.
  • Ability to translate requirements and user needs into intuitive and visually compelling interfaces.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and developers.
  • Upper-intermediate or higher English proficiency, enabling effective communication in an international working environment.
  • Nice to have: Understanding of web and/or mobile UI development and technical constraints.
  • Nice to have: Experience leading or facilitating product design workshops with clients or stakeholders.
  • Nice to have: Experience taking products from concept to completion, including product design, wireframing, prototyping, and UI design.
  • A creative, detail-oriented, and proactive approach to solving design challenges.
Benefits
  • Work arrangement: 100% remote, allowing you to work from your preferred location.
  • Flexible schedule: Flexible working hours designed to support autonomy and work-life balance.
  • Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience and skills.
  • Paid time off: Paid vacations and company-wide days off.
  • Personal time: A dedicated day off for your birthday and health days.
  • Holidays: Days off for national holidays.
  • Learning & development: Access to skills development, paid training, and professional courses.
  • Performance incentives: Regular performance reviews and bonus opportunities.
  • Team environment: A friendly, collaborative team with an international focus and strong team spirit.
  • Global exposure: Opportunities to work on diverse digital products for clients across multiple international markets.
