WHO DO WE SEEK?

We are seeking an experienced Sales Account Executive to drive new business and grow existing accounts for our Enterprise Content Management (ECM) and XML Structured Content Management (SCM) solutions. This is a strategic sales role where you will spend approximately 70-80% of your time hunting for new enterprise logos and 30-20% expanding relationships within existing customers. You will build relationships and work closely with prospects and clients to understand their content, documentation, digital transformation challenges, and overall business objectives, and position our solutions to deliver measurable business value.

You will represent the company at industry conferences and actively follow up on events, marketing campaigns, partners, and other channels, building relationships and turning interest into opportunities.

If you don't have all the experience listed above, we still encourage you to apply! We value curiosity, potential, and a willingness to learn. You don't need to know everything from day one, we're here to support you, help you learn the tools, and give you the guidance you need to build your skills and master them. What matters most is your motivation, attitude, and desire to grow with us.

Requirements

  • Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers who oversee content management systems and digital transformation within target accounts.
  • Drive complex sales processes, from initial consultation to closing.
  • Identify, develop, and close new enterprise accounts in target industries.
  • Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline to achieve and exceed annual quota.
  • Develop account strategies to expand existing customer relationships.
  • Lead consultative, customer-centric discussions with technical and business stakeholders.
  • Partner with sales and presales, solution architects, technology partners, and delivery teams to craft proposals and presentations.
  • Negotiate pricing and contractual terms in line with company guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and CRM data.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of enterprise sales experience, preferably in software, SaaS, or professional services.
  • Strong track record of new logo acquisition and quota attainment.
  • Experience selling Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solutions , or related enterprise software/services.
  • The ideal candidate has experience selling ECM solutions. Knowledge of Content Delivery Platforms (CDP) is a plus.
  • Ability to manage long, consultative sales cycles with enterprise clients.
  • Ability to travel to conferences, customer sites, and company events between 10-30% per month.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to balance hunting and farming responsibilities.
  • French language (basic proficiency).

Benefits

  • Join a fast-growing, innovative company with a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
  • Competitive base salary plus a generous uncapped commission structure.
  • Generous pension / retirement contribution program.
  • Comprehensive medical benefits.
  • Collaborate with talented professionals across the U.S., Canada, and Europe.
  • Access to leading tools and technology to support your success.
  • A people-first culture that values achievement, recognition, and work-life balance.
  • A remote-friendly environment designed to support flexibility and employee well-being.

Why AMEXIO?

At AMEXIO, you won't be just another sales executive. As a Platinum OpenText Partner and two-time award winner - OpenText Reseller Partner of the Year (2024) and Excellence in Content Management Award (2025) - we are Europe's leading ECM integrator, rapidly expanding across North America.

We foster an entrepreneurial culture where initiative, ownership, and innovation are valued.
