Job description

Summary of responsibilities: Supervises the day-to-day operations of inventory and distribution functions to ensure compliance with contractually required performance requirements. Handles difficult questions; responsible for ensuring responsiveness, courtesy, and accuracy, confidentiality, and contract deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:
•Supervise daily operations of Tag Inventory and distribution areas.
•Supervise tag clerks and Work Leads.
•Ensure department meets compliance with contractual SLAs.
•Evaluate data and make good business decisions.
•Monitor daily workflow.
•Work closely with and act as liaison between departments and clients.
•Accountable for daily production reports, the ability to generate daily reports.
•Responsible for tracking/monitoring employee performance and attendance.
•Evaluate staff and perform annual appraisals.
•Oversee tag fulfillment requests.
•Outbound mailings processing.
•Other duties as assigned.

Additional requirements:
•High school diploma or equivalency.
•At least two years of warehouse or inventory experience
•Ability to work in a fast paced environment
•Proficient in use of personal computer, including MS Office Suite.
•Able to successfully operate in a high paced production environment
•Good organizational skills
•Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills
•Ability to train staff
