The Lead, Sales & Distribution Coordinator serves as a key operational resource, coordinating cross-functional activities, supporting team effectiveness, and helping ensure efficient order processing, timely product distribution, strong retailer relationships, and operational excellence across sales, customer service, and warehouse functions.

Job Duties:

• Coordinate and support day-to-day activities across Customer Service, Tel-Sell, and Distribution Center operations to ensure efficient workflow and service delivery.
• Serve as a key operational resource for Customer Service, Tel-Sell, and Distribution Center teams, providing day-to-day guidance and support to promote consistency, efficiency, and service excellence.
• Assist Customer Service and Warehouse teams as needed to maintain productivity, service levels, and operational continuity.
• Support onboarding and training activities by providing guidance on operational procedures, systems, and best practices.
• Manage outbound retailer service calls, analyze retailer feedback, and ensure customer inquiries are addressed or routed appropriately.
• Evaluate operational needs across Sales and Distribution functions and assist in prioritizing daily workflow activities.
• Monitor operational performance and support efforts to maintain productivity, efficiency, and service standards.
• Establish retailer call lists and order priorities in partnership with Customer Service staff and coordinate fulfillment activities with Distribution Center personnel.
• Assist in developing operational goals, team engagement initiatives, and process improvement opportunities.
• Maintain accurate operational records, including inventory documentation, operational reports, and other administrative records as required.
• Communicate retailer feedback, service concerns, and operational trends to management and recommend corrective actions when appropriate.
• Serve as a liaison between Lottery representatives and Sales & Distribution teams to support effective communication and service delivery.
• Manage production supplies and maintain inventory control documentation to support operational requirements.
• Assist with resolving escalated operational, retailer, and customer service issues.
• Prepare reports, analyze operational data, and provide administrative support to management as needed.
• Help ensure deliveries are completed accurately, securely, and on schedule.
• Promote and maintain the security, accountability, and integrity of company assets, inventory, and confidential information.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and enhanced operational efficiency.
• Support knowledge sharing and continuous improvement initiatives across Customer Service, Sales, and Distribution operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
