This position is ideal for a proactive project leader who enjoys balancing customer relationships, technical problem solving, business outcomes, and operational execution.

What You'll Do

Lead Project Execution

  • Drive issue resolution and remove obstacles that impact project performance.

Partner with Customers

  • Build strong customer relationships through proactive communication and problem-solving.
  • Conduct project reviews and provide regular status updates to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure customer requirements and contractual obligations are met.

Own Project Financial Performance

  • Manage project budgets, revenue forecasts, and margin performance.
  • Monitor financial health throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Identify scope changes and lead change-order discussions with customers.
  • Provide leadership with accurate project forecasts and executive-level updates.

Manage Risk and Drive Results

  • Identify project risks, develop mitigation plans, and drive corrective actions.
  • Facilitate cross-functional project meetings and decision-making.
  • Escalate critical issues appropriately while maintaining customer confidence.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance project execution and customer satisfaction.

What You Bring

Required Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of project financials, forecasting, and margin management.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP certification or formal project management training.
  • Experience working within ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, or Microsoft Dynamics.

Why Join Us
