Adapting to different client requirements and managing inventory efficiently are also key hurdles. To overcome these, it's important to establish clear communication with clients, invest in reliable production planning tools, and continuously refine baking processes to ensure quality and timely delivery. Building strong relationships with suppliers and developing contingency plans for supply chain disruptions can also help mitigate risks.
