Mathnasium — The Math Learning Center (ORANGE) — is looking for engaging and talented math instructors to join our team! What you will do
  • Teach math to students in grades K/TK –12, using the Mathnasium Method™
  • Work with students in a low-stress, supportive environment
  • Help students build confidence and improve their problem-solving skills
  • Work collaboratively with team members to deliver individualized instruction in a group setting
  • Assess students’ learning progress and engagement throughout instructional sessions

What We’re Looking For
  • Strong math skills through Algebra 2 or higher (Pre Cal / Calc is a plus!)
  • Great communication skills
  • Previous tutoring, teaching, coaching, or mentoring experience preferred
  • Positive attitude, reliable, and able to follow Center procedures
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Enjoy working with kids and making math fun
  • Eagerness to learn and be trained
  • Strong math skills through Pre-Calculus or higher (Calculus a plus!)
  • Must pass a math proficiency test and background check

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • College students or graduates in math, education, engineering, or STEM fields preferred
  • High-performing high school juniors/seniors with advanced math skills welcome to apply

Schedule & Pay
  • Part-time: ~8–20+ hours/week 
  • Center hours:  See website (choose location) *subject to change 
  • Competitive hourly pay, based on experience and qualifications
